Policy and Procedures

We ask that you please read carefully and thoroughly before booking your appointment with us here, at Nnnaj's Den. 

It is our goal to ensure each and every client has a wonderful and memorable experience. Ensuring you leave better than when you arrived. Apart of making sure this is possible is by making certain all parties are on the same page in regards to our policy, procedures, and process. 

Please Read Carefully: 
All appointments require a
$50 Non-Refundable deposit fee which will go toward services.
The remaining balance will be due at the time of service or it is an option to book and pay in full at checkout. (Payment plans are also available for qualifying clients through our third-party services.)

Grace Period: You have a grace period of up to 10 minutes. Inclement weather grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive after this time you are subjected to a canceled appointment. Please call if you are running late. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a first time client please arrive 10 minutes early to feel out all necessary paperwork.  If you are More than 15 minutes late without notifying Body Sculpting and More by Nnajs Den LLC your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.
Please use valid phone number and email address when booking appointments. This will assure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. If by any chance you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have an appointment. Please email us immediately if you feel there has been a mistake or you are having difficulty confirming your booking at checkout.
NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no refunds under any circumstances with any service.

Appointment must be cancelled 24hours in advance for $50 deposit to be transferred to a new date.


Due to Covid19 Guidelines

Temperature Checks, Face Masks and Hand washing is required by all Staff and clients. If you arrive with no mask you will be provided one.
